Our company has received HACCP certification for all products produced by Asan Factory in Chungnam.
HACCP is an acronym for "HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINT" and is called "Food Safety Management Certification Standards".
This system identifies harmful factors that can occur in all processes from purchasing raw materials to manufacturing, storage, distribution, and consumption of end-consumers, and determines critical management points (CCP) to efficiently manage food safety.
The system is trusted more than other quality control systems because HACCP manages the entire process of providing the cause and blocks hazards in advance, compared to traditional quality control being focused on final inspection.
SSC 22000 is a food safety standard developed specifically for food manufacturing and food container manufacturing. It was approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international food safety association influential in the food manufacturing and wholesale and retail industries under the International Consumer Forum.
Based on the standard of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, it is a combination of prerequisite program requirements for each industry. It is also an essential standard for pioneering overseas markets, where the scope of application is gradually expanding as various PRPS standards are developed following food, food additives, and food packaging materials.
It's an abbreviation for "Good manufacturing practice." Certification is the basis for the manufacture and management of excellent food and medicine as a basic condition for ensuring the stability and effectiveness of food and medicine in terms of quality.
It embodies the requirements for the manufacture of high quality food/medication. It is a standard that should be followed throughout quality control from the warehousing of raw materials to the shipment.
The purpose is to manufacture high-quality foods and medicines with high stability by eliminating human errors and minimizing contamination that may occur during the food/drug manufacturing process with modernized and automated manufacturing facilities and strict process control.
